Negotiation result in the collective agreement negotiations for personal assistants

More information on the content of the agreement will become available when the administrations of the negotiation parties have processed it.
The negotiations on a new collective agreement for personal assistants (heta-tes) have produced a negotiation result.
JHL and the Union of the Employers of Personal Assistants in Finland, which represents the employer party, came to an agreement on 25 April.
The unions have negotiated since February in a good atmosphere, and the negotiation result was achieved several days before the end of the current agreement term at the end of April.
– It was important to have a dialogue about the sector’s needs for development in the collective agreement negotiations. We will continue the development work together also during the next agreement term, bargaining specialists Laura Tuominen and Pinja Lumitsalo comment.
Next the negotiation result needs to be approved by the administrations of both parties, and more information on the content of the agreement will be published after that.
