Negotiation result for Seure
Negotiations on Seure’s new collective agreement SEURETES are now complete. The agreement will now be submitted for approval of the negotiation parties’ executive bodies.
Seure now has a new SEURETES collective agreement. The negotiations that started at the beginning of 2022 are finally finished. A negotiation result was achieved on Tuesday evening, 29 November 2022.
We will give more information about the content of the new SEURETES agreement when the negotiation parties’ executive bodies have approved it. JHL’s Executive Committee will process the negotiation agreement during the upcoming days. If all the parties approve the agreement, it will be valid from 2022 to 2025.
Seure is a temporary staffing service company owned by Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Kauniainen, Helsinki and Uusimaa Hospital District HUS, wellbeing services county of Western Uusimaa and wellbeing services county of Vantaa and Kerava. SEURETES applies to all temporary agency employment relationships lasting 1–15 calendar days. As for employment relationships that are longer than this, the AVAINTES agreement is complied with.
The employees are represented in Seure’s agreement negotiations by Trade Union JHL, Negotiation Organisation for Public Sector Professionals JUKO, Federation of Public and Private Sector Employees Jyty, Finnish Union of Practical Nurses SuPer, Union of Health and Social Care Services Tehy, and “Tekniikka ja terveys KTN”. The employer is represented by employers’ association Avaintyönantajat Avainta.
