JHL negotiates on the new collective agreement for hourly paid personnel in the municipal sector

Trade Union JHL negotiates on this agreement directly with Local Government and County Employers KT.
Negotiations on the new collective agreement for hourly paid personnel in the municipal sector (TTES) have begun on Friday 28 March. This agreement is negotiated by Trade Union JHL and Local Government and County Employers KT.
In the first negotiation meeting the negotiators had a look at each party’s agreement goals.
The current agreement term continues until the end of April 2025, and scheduled negotiation meetings also continue until the end of April.
This agreement sector is also in the process of developing the pay system and pay methods. They are developed in a working group that started its work in autumn 2024 and will continue it while the collective agreement negotiations are in progress.
