JHL has decided to sell holiday village Livohka
The operations of JHL’s holiday village Livohka will end at the end of this year, and the holiday village has stopped taking new bookings.
JHL’s Executive Committee has decided that holiday village Livohka in Posio is going to be sold. The decision was not easy, but the Executive Committee has authorised the necessary steps for selling the holiday village and ending its operations.
Operations in Livohka will stop at the end of this year. The holiday village has stopped taking new bookings. We will contact everyone who has already made a booking for next year.
Livohka has been an important place for many JHL members, a place of many good memories and unforgettable moments. It has offered an affordable holiday option for JHL members. However, we can see that these days more and more members prefer to spend their holidays somewhere close to other services. The number of visitors in Livohka has been declining, and the financial deficit has been growing in the recent years. Maintaining the holiday village has been a significant financial effort for the trade union.
JHL still has other holiday locations and Holiday Club timeshares for members. JHL members can also benefit from many membership benefit discounts on accommodation, holiday activities and more.
