Collective agreement negotiations with KT’s company division have started - the first agreement on the table is the collective agreement for service companies

The company division of Local Government and County Employers KT negotiates four new collective agreements this spring. Negotiations on the collective agreement for service companies were kicked off on Friday 21 March.
Trade Union JHL and other organisations have started negotiations on the collective agreement for service companies (Y-tes). The agreement applies to service companies in the company division of Local Government and County Employers KT.
KT's company division includes hundreds of companies that are former members of Avaintyönantajat Avainta. Avainta ended its operations in the beginning of the year 2025, but its collective agreements are still valid until the end of April 2025.
In the first negotiation meeting the parties scheduled further negotiation meetings and discussed the situation in the sector.
– The negotiations started in a good atmosphere, and we have scheduled meetings until the end of April, comments JHL's Bargaining Specialist Karita Alanko.
